Forever Hardcore took a look at ECW but there were more jaded views from those who had not yet accepted its demise. WWE's documentary on ECW was a one-sided explanation as told by Paul Heyman. This one has it pretty straight down the middle.

For those who would like to have an honest outlook of things regarding ECW, this imo is a must-watch, since it's untouched by WWE and there's no romanticizing.
