Shipping & Returns

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 per order. Please note the following, expanded in terms and conditions

All DVD orders will be shipped in a white paper slip case, on a DVD-R. This allows us to keep our prices low.

Once an Order Is Placed... It will be shipped within 3-5 business days. This simply means any patron who wishes to cancel an order must do so prior to it being shipped. Any request to cancel after the order has been shipped will be declined. We do, however, reserve the right to grant order cancellations upon your request should it not be shipped and should it be for a reason we deem appropriate.

I Want a Refund!
We retain the right to determine what qualifies for a refund. Valid reasons will earn you a refund but we, as a small business, must keep our eye out for potential fraud. Please send us an email explaining why you feel you deserve a refund and we will take it into consideration. We will not, however, issue a replacement and then refund a customer's money. Many orders tend to be small and the postage of a replacement disc will equal the total purchase amount. Replacements are tested before they are shipped and as such, if a customer opts for a replacement, that is the final action we will take on a transaction unless something happens while the disc is in transit outside of our or the customer's control.

My Item Was Damaged in Shipment and I Want A Replacement!
Sure! We will be happy to accommodate that requests provided you ship the item back to our office so we can confirm it is damaged. This is, of course, a rare occurrence. But, rest assured we will not charge you for items that are not functioning properly.
