Conditions of Use

Patrons of the Wrestling Epicenter Store should understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. By placing your order, you agree to these terms.

All DVD orders will be shipped in a white paper slip case, on a DVD-R. This allows us to keep our prices low.
We do NOT accept personal checks. Please DO NOT send them. We currently only accept payment by Paypal or Money Order.


Once an Order Is Placed... It will be shipped within 5-10 business days. This simply means any patron who wishes to cancel an order must do so prior to it being shipped. Any request to cancel after the order has been shipped will be declined. We do, however, reserve the right to grant order cancellations upon your request should it not be shipped and should it be for a reason we deem appropriate.

I Want a Refund!
We retain the right to determine what qualifies for a refund. Valid reasons will earn you a refund but we, as a small business, must keep our eye out for potential fraud. Please send us an email explaining why you feel you deserve a refund and we will take it into consideration. We will not, however, issue a replacement and then refund a customer's money. Many orders tend to be small and the postage of a replacement disc will equal the total purchase amount. Replacements are tested before they are shipped and as such, if a customer opts for a replacement, that is the final action we will take on a transaction unless something happens while the disc is in transit outside of our or the customer's control.

My Item Was Damaged in Shipment and I Want A Replacement!
We not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages by FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service. However, We will be happy to accommodate that requests provided you ship the item back to our office so we can confirm it is damaged. This is, of course, a rare occurrence. But, rest assured we will not charge you for items that are not functioning properly.

We cannot file claims for damaged, lost, stolen or unreceived packages for the following service levels: SmartPost, USPS First Class International or FedEx Internatonal Saver. Customers would need to contact their local Post Office for further assistance.

I Dont Agree with the Content My Son Purchased from Your Store!
We sincerely do apologize if pro wrestling or any item on this store offends you. However, many items that we feel are suspect for minors contain warning labels. If your child did not follow our suggested age restriction when purchasing the product, we accept no responsibility. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to be monitoring what a minor is purchasing with your credit card.

I Live Outside the United States and Want to Order, What do I do?
We can accept any order from any country. As long as you have a valid credit card or access to US funds, we can ship wherever you are located. There is no destination too close or too far for us to deliver to. PLEASE NOTE Each country may have its own Customs Fees. These fees are NOT included in the total and are not our responsibility. Delivery times can vary based on delivery method selected and potential customs delays.
