5 Star Wrestling TV - April 1990 DVD

An attempt to reboot the closed UWF/Mid South territory with some of the local talent in Louisiana and some newer names too. Most notably, Rockin' Robin, JYD, Sam Houston, more. Good stuff. RARE stuff. Sadly, the company only made it 1 year and closed by Christmas of 1990. But, we've got some. Here it is.

Five Star Wrestling - April 1990 - 1 disc
Five Star Wrestling was an attempt by Grizzy Smith and Baton Rogue promoter Jimmy Kilshaw to restart a territory in part of the old Mid-South area (mostly just Louisiana) using a few of the old Mid-South names (with JYD as the top star) and a lot of unknown local talent. It started in April of 1990 and went out of business around December 1990. Unfortunately there only seem to be 7 episodes of the TV out there in circulation with 5 episodes from April & May and 2 from Mid-October.
